Co-Founder & Principal, Vervida
Kemina Fulwood is a leadership systems specialist and organisational performance strategist with over two decades of experience working with leaders under pressure.
Her work focuses on how nervous system regulation, leadership state, and communication signal shape decision quality, execution speed, and team dynamics at the highest levels.
Kemina integrates leadership neuroscience, systems intelligence, and applied behavioural regulation to help founders, executives, and leadership teams stabilise performance in complex, high-stakes environments.
She is the creator of the Influence Without Force framework and is known for her ability to rapidly identify the human dynamics limiting execution and recalibrate them at the source.

Belinda O'Connor

Belinda O’Connor is a leadership development and organisational effectiveness specialist with extensive experience across human resources, executive development, and organisational change.
